*Free Estimate: All repair/service estimates are free. Liquid damaged and motherboard repairs are subject to $59 diagnostic fee if the repair cancelled by the customer.
*Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs. Computer parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered or special ordered must pay deposit in advance.
*All services and repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the completion/ acceptance date on the Service Order. 
*It is your responsibility to back up your data. BC Computers will not be responsible for data loss or any other damages.

 

You grant permission to BC Computers to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. BC Computers is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.

 

Furthermore, You release BC Computers from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. 

 

You recognize that it is your responsibility to inform BC Computers of any other faults or defects within the warranty period of the work.

 

You authorize BC Computers to throw out/ destroy any items not picked up after repair. Claims of damage done by the work (dents, scratches, etc...) must be made at the pickup time and not after. Claims made after are null and void. 

BC Computers guarantees the labor of the work for a period of 90 Days Hardware Repair.

 

By signing your name, you agree to the above terms and authorize BC Computers to perform services/ repairs as stated in the service order. You also agree to the terms and conditions within this Agreement.
