Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Place your order online and we can ship them in from our distribution centre. This process usually takes 4-7 days. Customers should wait for an email confirming that their order is ready to be picked up before proceeding to their desired pickup location. 

Return & Refund Policy

If any purchase isn't to your complete satisfaction, return it to BC Computers within 14 days for a complete refund or exchange. Just remember to return it in the original packaged condition with proof of purchase. Some restrictions apply.
