Q: Do you sell screen protectors?

We don't sell screen protectors at the moment, but we are planning to do so in the near future.

Q: How long does it take to repair my phone/ tablet?

Normally it takes 1-3 hours to repair or replace faulty parts on your phone/ tablet. However, if we need to order replacement part, it may take 1-2 days to complete the repair. Our technicians will provide you the options once we check your device.

Q: What does the repair estimate include?

The repair price estimate includes parts cost and labour. If we need to order parts for you, you will need to pay $50+ deposit upfront. Once the repair is finished, full payment is due upon receipt.

Q: Should I pay before or after the repair?

All payment is due upon receipt. No fix, no charge!
